Julia has spent over 25 years in the field of healthcare as a health care administrator. Her journey into the healing profession started early in life when she completed her Columbia University Master's program in Social Work and Public Health. She utilizes her counseling and listening skills in her Quantum-Touch energy work. Julia's multi-disciplinary training includes intuitive readings, Young Living essential oils and polarity therapy. Her belief is that everything is energy and as we change energy with positive, good intentions that is when healing happens. In Quantum-Touch and Polarity Therapy energy work, giving a session also means receiving a session and that is the beauty of what and why she loves doing this work so much.

After being a stay-at-home Mom for 20 years Mary Ann pursued an education at Trocaire College in the health field where she received her Associated in Applied Science Degree. For 18 years she has been a practicing Register Nurse at a local hospital and  at a home care agency.  

Mary Ann became interested in complimentary health after working in a hospital setting for 12 years. She realized there was more to 'healing' oneself than hospitalization, medications and surgery. "It starts from within ourselves and realizing there is a great need for each of us to become educated on how to take control of our own life and health."

Mary Ann has furthered her education and is now a Certified Holistic Educator, Iridologist, Herb Specialist, Reiki Master, Ordained Minister and Certified Quantum-Touch Instructor/Practitioner.   She is currently pursuing her certification to be an Avatar Master.  Mary An is also a Certified Colon Hydrotherapist with a very active business.  

  Additionally, Mary Ann  offers private duty nursing for varied disease processes and assists clients and their loved ones through the dying/transition process.

Richard sees Quantum-Touch as a gift to humanity and feels blessed to be able to teach Quantum Touch classes. Richard feels Quantum Touch is a basic life skill. Though it is simple to learn and do, many insights unfold as it is practiced over time. This may include how to apply it to pets, plants, and environmental enhancement. Most importantly, this skill comes in handy when a family member or friend is not well.

When students learn that they can also do distance healing, they glimpse that the potential for Quantum Touch is virtually unlimited.

Quantum Touch can also be used to enhance areas of life such as sports/exercise, workplace productivity, and the performance arts.

Classes afford students a supportive space to learn and practice the basic skill and get feedback from others. Since the students practice in small groups, everyone gets a chance to both give and receive healings. Richard is a hands-on teacher, and works individually with each student throughout the workshop.

Richard will travel to teach classes, as well as set up classes for special groups of people.

Richard's Quantum-Touch work is enriched with his other holistic studies. He has been a seeker of a universal healing essence, that is both simple and empowering.  After working as a staff member for several non-profit environment groups, he began his holistic studies in the 1970's, which have included Qi Gong and shiatsu, Therapeutic Touch (1979), Reiki (1980), Polarity, Tuning Forks, and Transpersonal Counseling (with John Beaulieu, 1979-1983), crystal healing (with Marcel Vogel and others 1980-1984), and healing through prayer (Willard Fuller, 1986). He is a graduate of the Professional Chef Training Program of the Natural Gourmet Cookery School (1989). In addition to teaching Quantum Touch, he has also taught meditation classes, and classes in cooking holistic meals. 

In his professional practice, Richard helps his clients with postural issues.   In addition, Richard sees all spiritual, mental, emotional patterns as energy and helps his clients  transform the life patterns that underlie physical ailments.

I recently relocated back to Yonkers, New York from Pacific Grove, California ready to live my  passion as a Holistic Practitioner.
