Privacy

Quantum-Touch, Inc. values its relationships with its customers, students, clients, Practitioners and Instructors. Email addresses are not sold or shared. Even though Practitioner and Instructor email addresses are in a public forum on the Quantum-Touch, Inc. website, we appreciate that no one uses them in mass email lists and/or for private solicitation purposes.

Quantum-Touch® Trademark and Copyright Policy

The Quantum-Touch Trademark and Copyright Policy was created with a balanced consciousness-based and business-based perspective. It is the highest desire of Quantum-Touch, Inc. that all individuals will meet with QT in a circle of integrity with respect to the trademark and copyright of the Quantum-Touch name, logo, programs, products, workshops, books and materials.

Quantum-Touch® is trademarked in the United States and one or more other countries by Quantum-Touch, Inc. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. You may not use the Quantum-Touch name as part of a business name, website domain name, on printed materials, or any other usage without the express written consent of Quantum-Touch, Inc.

Unless otherwise noted, all materials produced by Quantum-Touch, Inc., including website content, Quantum-Touch logo, workshops, books, and products are copyrighted. You may not reproduce, redistribute or otherwise use any materials without the express written consent of Quantum-Touch, Inc. Also, you must obtain written consent of Quantum-Touch, Inc. to use the Quantum-Touch name and/or logo on products/merchandise.

Certified Quantum-Touch Instructors, Certified Quantum-Touch Practitioners and Facilitators of the Interactive Basic Quantum-Touch Video Workshop have the explicit written consent of Quantum-Touch, Inc to use the Quantum-Touch name, Quantum-Touch logo, and website content within the following guidelines:

Certified Instructors

• Use the title “Certified Quantum-Touch® Instructor”
• Use Quantum-Touch name/logo/website content to:
  • Advertise Live Basic Workshops
  • Advertise QT Lectures/Demonstrations
  • Advertise Interactive Basic Video Workshops
  • Advertise QT Healing Circles
  • Promote practice as a Certified Quantum-Touch Practitioner
• Additional explicit written permission from Quantum-Touch, Inc is required to use Quantum-Touch as part of a business name or domain name

Certified Practitioners

• Use the title “Certified Quantum-Touch® Practitioner”
• Use Quantum-Touch name/logo/website content to:
  • Promote practice as a Certified Quantum-Touch Practitioner
  • Advertise QT Demonstrations
  • Advertise Interactive Basic Video Workshops
  • Advertise QT Healing Circles
• Additional explicit written permission from Quantum-Touch, Inc is required to use Quantum-Touch as part of a business name or domain name.

Interactive Basic Video Workshop Facilitators

• Use the title “Interactive Basic Quantum-Touch® Video Workshop Facilitator” or “Facilitator of the Interactive Basic Quantum-Touch® Video Workshop”
• Use the Quantum-Touch name/logo/website content to:
  • Advertise free QT demonstrations to market the Interactive Basic Quantum-Touch® Video Workshop
  • Advertise Interactive Basic Video Workshop
• Additional explicit written permission from Quantum-Touch, Inc is required to use Quantum-Touch as part of a business name or domain name.

All usage of the Quantum-Touch name/logo/website content is required to include a reference to Quantum-Touch, Inc. The reference will include a link to the Quantum-Touch, Inc. website at www.quantumtouch.com. It is optional to include the phone number, 888-424-0041/(011) 808-823-0400.

If you are not a Certified Instructor, Certified Practitioner, or Interactive Basic QT Video Workshop Facilitator please contact Quantum-Touch, Inc. at tradenameawareness@quantumtouch.com for permission to use the Quantum-Touch name/logo/website content.

Generally, Quantum-Touch, Inc. is happy to grant permission to use the name and logo for promotional purposes.

Special Note: We receive many inquiries about a company called the “Quantum-Touch Academy.” This organization is not affiliated with Quantum-Touch, Inc. or the official world wide website for Quantum-Touch, Inc.: www.quantumtouch.com and they are not authorized to use the name “Quantum-Touch” or teach Quantum-Touch workshops. By continuing to teach Quantum-Touch workshops against our repeated requests, they are violating trademark laws and misleading students. Courses offered by this organization are not legitimate Quantum-Touch, Inc. workshops and Quantum-Touch, Inc. will not provide students course credit for courses provided by the “Quantum –Touch Academy.” We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience.
