In my basic video workshop, I spoke about holding the emotional resonance for distant healing or reality creation. One very important thing that most people seem to forget is that very thing. Not only do you create the reality, but you also create what happens to you after you have created the reality. In other words, you create the consequences of your reality creations. Here is a great thing to try; I call it “Spinning your Reality.” When you think about what you would like to have, create or change, think about all the consequences of the new reality. If you want to live in a different home, think of all the consequences of being there. Is it comfortable to have that extra space and beauty around you that ease, that comfort, that convenience, etc? Now, the trick is, to feel completely at peace in the consequences of what you wish to have in your new reality. Live in the vibration of the consequences of that success and you will find that reality will flow in your direction far more fluidly. When doing distant healing, enter your joy, gratitude, love, peace, etc., and feel the consequences of your work. Be very easy with yourself, for you want the process of your creations to be in harmony with the outcomes you desire. Think about it... Much love, Richard

Great! I told you Friday and that feeling grows deeper and deeper. Yesterday and today I get up very clear in my head, wonderful. Last night I felt: Wow, I am happy to exist, and that was a long time ago. All day long I noticed things happening inside. My pancreas becomes more active. Last weekend it functioned 40%, yesterday I tested and it was 70%. Amazing! Quantum-Touch is so beautiful! August 11
I am still astonished. Yesterday I checked if I could eat some extras, and it was quite a lot: Rice, rice-waffles, buckwheat, boiled egg, walnuts, but also brown beans, marrowfats and green peas. This morning I checked my pancreas again: it works now at 100%! So great. What a lot of things happened to me during those workshop-days. What a wonderful experiences. August 20
Checking all my organs, I just found out they all function 100%!!!! I started doing that about one week before the workshop. Then the pancreas functioned 40%, the other organs between 80% and 100%. The same for the balance of my hormonal regulation. After the workshop I noticed it increased; now it all is 100%. Not only my pancreas, but also lungs, kidneys, thyroid, liver, gall, and the hormonal regulation. Wow, this is so beautiful! Quantum-Touch offers and my body deals with it. Every day I do the meditation and the chakra-meditation and I suppose this brought me to where I am now. I love it and I am so happy!

Heerenveen, The Netherlands I was very nervous to take the Core Transformation class, because I was sure it was not for me. I am a very yang (outgoing and talkative) person, and a yin technique sounded very difficult to me. I was sure I would not be able to master the techniques, or use them. But, because I love to challenge myself with almost everything, I went to the training (Jody and Alain in Amsterdam, May 2008).
For me, it was an emotional weekend in which I learned to be quiet in myself - and how to work from there. It brought tears to my eyes, when I tried to describe the things I have learned and felt in those days, and in the weeks after, to friends and loved ones.
I have changed, I have learned, I use the techniques, and love working with them. I can really and truly advise everyone to do this training and watch yourself grow and open up to new possibilities.

In the last workshop we taught, one of the participants could see auras. She said that at the beginning of the class there was a wonderful golden white aura around Sri Sarvasri (my husband) and myself. She watched as during the workshop this aura extended to all the participants, until the room was filled with golden white light. I think that it is really neat that everyone in the class entrained to the higher level of energy we were projecting during the workshop.
Just think of how you are affecting those around you as you continue to work on yourselves, heal and raise your own vibrational level permanently. If we get enough people doing QT and raising their own vibration then when we walk into a volatile situation (be it illness, anger, disaster, etc.) the vibration in that area would be instantly changed and all would be done from a higher level. Isn't that a cool idea?!
