If you have ever practiced Qigong you know how wonderfully healing it is. Those of you who have practiced the Core breath also know the amazing possibilities that are presented and constantly gifted to you through this focus.
When we combine Qigong with the Core breath even more amazing things happen. One of the main experiences within Qigong is the building of personal energy and the opening of ourselves at all levels. When you do the Core breath in conjunction with the Qigong, regardless of the style, it is much easier to connect to the overall flow of energy through us and beyond us.
This feeling of connectedness throughout the body is a natural part of the Core Transformation work. Using the Core Breath in your Qigong practice allows for such a deep experience that I felt compelled to share it with you. In fact, using the Core Breath with any movement connects consciousness to that movement. When we apply this focus to Qigong, we are opened and expanded more dynamically.
If we add the “slight smile” that accompanies most Qigong forms, it creates a sweeter experience. To maximize your practice, think of loving yourself while you smile slightly, really feel it, then continue your form. Bring this love into each movement. As you link this love to your movement and combine it with the Core breath you can go deeper and deeper; beyond what you have ever experienced from any one of the separate parts before.
You can do this as a sitting meditation as well. Feel the slight smile, enter the love, open with the Core breath and go deeper and deeper into the sensations produced. The deeper you go, the more love you can access, and the more open and relaxed you can be in everything you do. If you carry this attitude with a light Core focus into your day-to-day life, every moment is allowed to be an expression of love. This leads us to states of ecstasy and bliss.

One thing that sets Quantum-Touch apart from other hands-on healing approaches is that our students can easily assist the body in moving bones into alignment with only a light touch. Most people who attend a live basic or interactive basic video workshop discover that they can do this during their first workshop, and often before lunch break on the first day. So why is it important?
First, the QT practitioner does not put the bones back into alignment; the body intelligence uses the energy to move them into alignment. When misalignments, or as the chiropractors like to call them, "subluxations" occur, they can interrupt the proper energy and nerve flow throughout the body. So, how do I know that it is important for the bones to move? The body tells me. When you run energy and see that the bones quickly melted back into alignment, this is a message that the body prioritizes good structural alignment. A block in any part of the body will affect the total potential flow of energy throughout the body and affect the speed of all potential healing.
Also, when the hips are not aligned there may not be enough room for baby's head during labor, which can be a primary reason for C-sections [or other possible issues such as shoulder dystocia].

1.) November 2006
I had an operation for resurfacing hip prosthesis. I had prepared myself very well for my operation and because of that, days after my operation a nurse said: “you are looking very good, will you try to go out of bed?” Unfortunately this was not a good plan. When I tried to get my leg to move, it was very painful and I felt I twisted my prosthesis. At Noon, the doctor indeed came to tell me that in an X-ray photograph taken the day after my operation, he could see that my prosthesis was not well. After two days, I was laying in the operation room again, where the doctors put the head of my thigh in the bowl. To prevent further damage or reoccurrence, I got a brace that I had to wear for six weeks, day and night. I couldn’t move to the left or right and was very afraid it would happen again. Then, I met Yolande van Rosmalen, who was willing to give me a QT session. After the first session I felt a big difference - my body was working hard to heal itself. I felt so much energy! After two more sessions I removed my brace (what a relief) and tried to walk without help; I succeeded! My doctor was very surprised that I healed so quickly and so well. Now I’m so happy with my new hips and my healed body!

2.) I had walked along the beach in San Juan, Spain, and after that my knee was very painful. The doctor told me that because of my age (77) I probably had to have surgery and a knee replacement. My first day back in the Netherlands, I called Yolande van Rosmalen. She gave me a QT session; did a hip alignment because I was completely out of alignment, and in 30 minutes my knee pain disappeared! I didn’t need surgery anymore and I am now pain free!

3.) I have a genetic disorder and therefore I have a scoliosis, problems with my feet and some other complaints. I visited Yolande van Rosmalen and felt a lot of change during our first session. It was as if I could walk much straighter; as if I felt much more “earth” under my feet. I felt that all the muscles in my back had to work so hard to change, but every session was a magic experience. I am much more in balance now! I learned QT at one of her workshops and I am so glad that I can help myself and others with this wonderful method.

4.) My daughter, Yolande van Rosmalen, has done QT sessions for me many times, for several complaints. I had research done in the hospital due to terrible pain in my belly. Doctors saw a big polyp in my colon. After that, Yolande did QT sessions on me every day for a few minutes on every painful spot. Alkmaar, The Netherlands I want to share my “Maggie” story with you that I've meant to send in for awhile. Maggie learned about QT from my office assistant, Meg, who was standing outside the office door on a break. Meg explained to her what QT is and she seemed interested as she had just found out about a mass on her pancreas.
Meg told me about Maggie, but we kept missing each other (she would just show up and not call for appointments). Maggie is retired Army and a big (I would say 'gruff') woman. The day I met her changed my life in many ways, but she scared the heck out of me at first. Once we got clear that she needs to make an appointment things settled a little.
I started working with Maggie in January of 2007. She absolutely loved Quantum-Touch and started seeing colors as I would send them. After her biopsy, that reported she had Pancreatic Cancer, we started getting serious. She was feeling much better and decided to try and get into MD Anderson's Cancer hospital in Houston, Texas. When she got there they told her she could only go to the military hospital so she checked herself in. One of the first responses from her doctor was; "I don't know what they are talking about in the VA hospital in Albuquerque. This tumor is much smaller than what they reported and doesn't seem to be producing any cancer cells." Maggie was excited and called me right away with the news.
As sometimes happens in the allopathic world, the doctors decided to try a new nuclear medicine on her since she appeared to be so healthy in her condition. Unfortunately for Maggie, her body could not tolerate the medicine and her other organs started to shut down. She came home from Texas and was admitted into the VA hospital, where she spent the rest of her days (18 days to be exact). I visited her there and worked on her heart chakra. I won't get into the whole conversation, but she told me, "Whatever happens from this sickness, even though this medicine is killing me and my body is giving out, you taught me how to love and I am thankful for that." Her daughter later told me that for the first time ever, her mother told her she loved her.
My point is, Quantum-Touch is so powerful you can't make any mistakes. I learned you can't save the world, but as long as you pass the love around it will always go to where it is needed. Just like Richard says 'Your Love has IMPACT!' Always expect miracles - this was one of my favorites!

Our 12-year-old cat, Flora, was acutely ill and an ultrasound showed a mass on her pancreas with what appeared to be blood vessels supplying it. Marlene Campbell, a certified Quantum-Touch Practitioner and Instructor, arranged for both group and individual sessions for Flora.
