The 60 Hour Session Documentation Form is to be used for documenting your Quantum-Touch healing sessions for certification.
For a properly formated printout your screen resolution should be set at 800 by 600 (normal) and your browser's font setting to a medium font size. Font size control is available from the View menu with either Netscape or Explorer browsers.
