When multiple chronic autoimmune disorders began taking over my life in 2000, "Listen to your body through food and fall in love with Yoga” — was advice given to me from an angel 25 years ago that changed my world for the better. Now I am completely asymptomatic from all previous diagnoses and have been for years!  The healing and nourishment that plants, Yoga, meditation, and energy work offered me and continues to bring to my mind, body, and soul is what nudged me to pivot away from being a University Professor of ASL to creating Green Pure Heath®. Receiving Usui, Holy Fire III, and Shamanic Reiki through the Master Teacher levels led me to take a deep dive into the practices of Qigong meditations, the unseen world of energies, and connecting me with my Inner Healer in a way I never imagined possible. Now, as a trauma-informed Yoga teacher, integrative health coach, and energy alchemist, my mentorship practice fuses somatic movement, holistic nutrition, Earth medicine wisdom, Holotropic Breathwork®, and Quantum Energy work to awaken the body’s innate healing power — one breath, one belief, one breakthrough at a time.

It would be an honor to share these gifts with you!  I have my home office in Merritt Island, Florida (an hour east of Orlando) and work with clients locally as well as remotely.
