This is a wonderfully benevolent  technique developed by Richard Gordon.   It allows us to understand the connection between what we feel and the condition of our body and gives us a clear path to transforming what we don't want into what we prefer.   In seven simple yet powerful steps, we can shift long-standing pain and stress into understanding, forgiveness and self love.   When complete, the process turns our self love into an even more expansive universal love.    

Although this class is excellent for anyone wanting to shift physical conditions, no "hands-on" healing is taught in this workshop.     

It is a very experiential class....we will work with the SCH processes directly, and there will be lots of time for questions and personal discovery.
