Why Work With Me

I bring over two decades of experience in the healing arts and an insatiable passion for helping people live more fully. Alongside being a certified Quantum-Touch Practitioner and Instructor, I’ve studied and practised widely across body, mind, and energy modalities — including Massage Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Aromatherapy, Reiki, NLP Master Practitioner training, mBIT Coaching, Feminine Empowerment & Wellbeing Coaching and a degree in Health Science. This broad foundation allows me to meet you where you are and guide you toward real, lasting shifts.
