I’m a mother of three, with my oldest now watching over me from heaven. My healing journey began from a place of deep grief and personal transformation, and it led me to the profound power of energy healing, breathwork, and soul reclamation.

You may have once known me as Jessi — and I deeply honor every part of who I’ve been. Recently, I answered a soul calling to step into the name Phoenix Rayne. This name came to me as a symbol of the woman I’ve become — one who has walked through the fire, risen from the ashes, and now holds space for others to heal, awaken, and remember who they are. Phoenix is not just my name — it’s a sacred embodiment of my path.

I am a certified Quantum-Touch® Practitioner, breathwork facilitator, and intuitive energy healer. My sessions are trauma-informed, heart-led, and deeply intuitive — helping clients move stuck emotional energy, reconnect with their body, and return to a sense of peace, clarity, and empowerment.
