I have had an interest in health and wellness since the age of 13. It was at that time of my life that I lost my father to cancer. He was 40 years of age.

My journey in the wellness field led me to become a Registered Massage Therapist in 1999.

In 2008, I became a Certified Biofeedback Specialist using the Indigo Biofeedback device for stress reduction. According to the American Medical Association, stress is the leading cause of 80-85% of all human illness and disease. 

My journey has now led me to add Certified Quantum-Touch® Practitioner to my list of credentials.

I am very thankful as I believe Quantum-Touch® is truly a gift.
