About Your Instructor:

Meredith Rose is a seasoned energy healer, intuitive guide, and certified Quantum-Touch® instructor since 2020 and over ten years of experience in the healing arts. Meredith has had the opporunity to interact with many energies and codes over the years. Overall, her work is deeply rooted in the lineage of the Rose and Christ Consciousness—a sacred path of Divine Feminine wisdom, heart-led living, and embodied love consciousness.

Meredith holds space with a blend of clarity, practicality, and vibrational precision. Through Quantum-Touch® and her intuitive gifts, she invites others into the living field of the heart—where transformation happens not through force, but through resonance. However she will also be the firs to tell you that can be easier said than done!

Her teachings are an invitation to return to the calling with ourselves. Whether in a virtual class or one-on-one, Meredith gently reminds us: The heart always knows the way.

She resides in Southern California with her two cats and studies martial arts.
