This Policy does not cover the privacy practices of independent practitioners or instructors listed on the Quantum-Touch website or the Quantum-Touch Now website. Practitioners may collect and maintain their own client information as independent controllers. If you have questions about a practitioner’s data use, please contact them directly.

• Personal Identifiers: Your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and other contact details provided when creating an account, registering for workshops, or scheduling sessions.
• Account and Professional Data: For practitioners and instructors: business name, professional details, calendar and scheduling data, and any profile information you choose to display publicly on Quantum-Touch Now or Quantum-Touch.
• Transaction and Payment Data: Information necessary to process payments, such as billing address, payment card details, and transaction history. All payment information is securely processed by third-party payment providers (e.g., PayPal, USAePay). Quantum-Touch, Inc. does not store your full credit card details.
• Workshop and Session Data: If you attend a live or virtual Quantum-Touch workshop, instructors collect your name, contact information, and attendance details. This data is shared with Quantum-Touch headquarters for certification and recordkeeping purposes. Payment information collected by instructors is not shared with Quantum-Touch.
• Usage Data and Cookies: We automatically collect information about your interactions with our websites, including IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URLs. Cookies and similar technologies help us improve functionality, personalize your experience, analyze site traffic, and support marketing efforts.
