I am delighted to be teaching level 4(formerly level 2) “”Becoming Heart Conscious".

Its a lovely progression from level 1 brining greater awareness of heart energy to all that we do. It explores more ways to cultivate energy, use the chakras to access decision making from our deepest self, offers some short cuts to use in practical ways in our life, more manifestation technigues, and so much more. 

This class offers deeper avenues of healing and greater exploration of who we are, and our own sence of 'beingness'.
