Loving Rose

For a while now, I've been telling anyone who will listen that one of the greatest gifts I've ever given myself is the gift of Reiki. Lately, I've had to change that to "the greatest gifts I've ever given myself are the gifts of Quantum Touch & Reiki". 

I learned all three levels of Reiki in 1989 & 90. In the early 2000s, I had the opportunity to learn Quantum Touch at a workshop here in St Louis. Although I didn't feel drawn to becoming a practitioner at that time, I incorporated the breathing & sweeping techniques into my energy healing work. Then, in 2023, I felt drawn to jump back into Quantum Touch. I was able to get into a Level 1 class with Carol Wetherill on the last two days of that year. What a wonderful way to say good-bye to the old year & herald in the new!

I had a weeklong bout of lower back pain that also affected my right leg & severely limited my ability to bend forward. Every time I bent down or squatted, a sharp pain cascaded down my side. Attempting to straighten up afterwards brought tears to my eyes. Loving suggested that I try a Quantum Touch (QT) session focusing on my lower back area. While sitting in a relaxed position during the treatment, I could feel a slight tingling and warming sensation at my lower back I was surprised to discover that I was immediately able to walk & bend without pain! The inflammation in the nerves seemed to have vanished. I'm happy to report that this painless condition has persisted following the session has allowing me to have a free range of motion.
