Our Privacy Policy governs the privacy terms of our Website, located at www.quantumtouch.com as well as live workshop attendance and any other transactions involving Quantum-Touch. Quantum-Touch follows all legal requirements to protect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy is a legal statement that explains how we may collect information from you, how we may share your information, and how you can limit our sharing of your information.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT
We may collect and store information about you in connection with your use of www.quantumtouch.com and attendance at live workshops. We use that information to provide functionality, fulfill your requests, improve the website's quality, engage in research and analysis relating to the website, personalize your experience, track usage of the website, market Quantum-Touch, provide customer support, message you, back up our systems, allow for disaster recovery, enhance the security of quantumtouch.com, and comply with legal obligations. Even when we do not retain such information, it still must be transmitted to our website initially and stored long enough to process.

Please note:

• Account Information: If you create a quantumtouch.com account, we may store and use the information you provide during that process, such as your full name, email address, zip code, physical address, and other information you may provide with your account. You can modify some of the information associated with your account through your account settings.

• Workshop Attendance: If you attend a Live Quantum-Touch Workshop (Level 1, Level 2, SCH, SG) or Healing circle, instructors will collect information about you such as your name, address, phone number, email. Quantum-Touch headquarters will receive all personal data collected by the instructors. However, Quantum-Touch will NOT receive payment information (credit card number) that is collected by the instructors. You also have the option to opt-in to our email list at the time of a live workshop attendance.

• Transactions: If you initiate a transaction through the website, such as a product purchse, workshop registration, we may collect and store information about you, such as your name, phone number, address, email, and payment information (such as a credit card number and expiration date), as well as any other information you provide to us, in order to process your transaction, send communications about them to you, and populate forms for future transactions. If you order a physical product, we share your shipping information with our fulfillment house (Logistech Solutions, Inc in NC, USA) for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We also share your information with our Merchant servcices (USAEPay or Pay Pal) for the puspose of processing your order. Your information is not shared with any additional third parties. When you submit credit card numbers, USA EPay will encrypt that information using industry standard technology.

COOKIES Our Website uses “Cookies” to identify the areas of our Website that you have visited. A Cookie is a small piece of data stored on your computer or mobile device by your web browser. We use Cookies to personalize the Content that you see on our Website. Most web browsers can be set to disable the use of Cookies. However, if you disable Cookies, you may not be able to access functionality on our Website correctly or at all. We never place Personally Identifiable Information in Cookies.

EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
You will receive email communications from us if you have requested information from us, purchased goods or services from us, signed up for our mailing list online, or attended a live workshop and opted-in to our email list. You may opt-out of our email list at any time. Where you opt out of receiving our email communications, this will not apply to personal data provided to us as a result of a product/service purchase, product/service experience or other transactions.

CONTROLLING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
If you wish to exercise your “right to be forgotten” and have all Personally Identifiable Information deleted, please email us directly with your request: jennifer@quantumtouch.com. In addition, our website database software (Joomla) also includes a GDPR compliant extension which enforces GDPR compliance of our data. Some features inlcude: GDPR Cookie consent, the user's ability to exercise the 'Right to be forgotten' regulation, user data export.

SECURITY
We use various safeguards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or via mobile device, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

PRIVACY POLICY UPDATES
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. You should review this Privacy Policy frequently. If we make material changes to this policy, we may notify you by email, or by any method we determine. The method we chose is at our sole discretion. We will also change the “Last Updated” date at the beginning of this Privacy Policy. Any changes we make to our Privacy Policy are effective as of this Last Updated date and replace any prior Privacy Policies.
